Recognizing the need for independent financial planning advice focused on the unique needs of highly successful business owners, Doug and Denise Clelan founded Clelan and Company in 1989. Clelan and Company currently serves over 200 select business and individual clients in Pennsylvania, Maryland, New York, Delaware, Florida, and the District of Columbia.

Through a comprehensive integration of their clients’ personal and business assets, the advisors of Clelan and Company work to optimize financial success.

Their experience covers the realm of investment management, executive compensation arrangements, business succession planning, estate planning, and insurance planning.

The founders and owners of Clelan and Company, Denise and Doug, have nearly 50 years combined experience in the financial industry and are also co-founders of Aegis Retirement Strategies, LLC.
